Biography
Bruno Juminer is a Paris-based fashion and beauty photographer and director. His formative years encompassed moves from Montpellier, France, French Guyana, Tunisia to Senegal. While living in Paris, he came across a job as a photo assistant by sheer chance. It became his life's passion. Always a consummate student, he studied the work of the classical photographer, Richard Avedon, which became a tremendous inspiration for his photography.
Early in his career, Bruno’s love for imagery drove him to start an independent magazine named Jill while also adding directing films to his varied resume. He searches for authentic emotion from his subjects which adds a subtle sadness and sometimes whimsy to his imagery. He is currently working on an exhibition of his photographs in 2022.
